Throughout the years, perfume has been one of the most desired beauty items. It was a product for the upper class only. Until the modern perfumery began in the 19th century, perfumes were made only from natural ingredients. Even the most luxurious scents were crafted using ingredients found in nature. Nowadays, fragrances are also so important that many people even have a ‘signature’ perfume: a scent they want to be associated with.
Despite the fact that many green brands are offering natural beauty products, natural fragrances are still not that easy to find. That’s why I’m so excited to share about SINNE Firenze and its handcrafted 100% organic, vegan, and fair trade essential oil blends.
SINNE Firenze is based in Florence, Italy. With four unisex scents in the range – Refresh Me, Balance Me, Delight Me, and Calm Me – everything about this brand screams simplicity and luxury. A modern black and white packaging hold sleek see-through roll-on tubes with pure essential oil blends. I have tried two scents out of four and liked them a lot so far. Interesting fact: not only SINNE Firenze use only pure ingredients but also use organic jojoba oil instead of alcohol as a base for its blends.
Refresh Me*
This essential oil blend has a gentle minty orange scent, which “refreshes the soul and clear the head”. I certainly enjoy using this natural perfume, it makes me feel comfortable and simply happy. My friend, who is usually skeptic towards essential oil blends, said it smells like happiness, so that says a lot.
Balance Me*
Balance Me is a deep and oriental herbal scent with a subtle hint of lavender. This perfume somehow makes me feel like it’s Sunday evening and I’m relaxing with a cup of my favorite Sonnentor Stormy Weather herbal tea. What I like the most about this blend is that it helps with breathing. Each sniff makes my breathing deeper and calmer. I believe it would be beneficial for those suffering from stress or anxiety because it will bring you balance.
Like many essential oil blends, both of these scents evaporate quickly. Though, Balance Me stays a bit longer than Refresh Me. Both of these perfumes are available at Sinne website for $20/£16 for 8ml.
