Love Lula Beauty Box | January 2018

I know that probably not everyone is crazy about beauty boxes as I am. But to me, there’s something very satisfying about receiving a parcel with mysterious beauty-related content every month. Most often than not, included products are new to me, and since I love trying out new stuff and get to know brands that I haven’t heard about before, this makes beauty box subscriptions exciting. One of the natural subscription boxes that I receive each month is Love Lula Beauty Box* for international subscribers (there’s also a version for the UK subscribers, which sometimes slightly differs from the international one). I’ve shared about it on the blog or Instagram many times before, so if you’re are a follower, you’ve probably seen those posts. This time I have January box, which contains four skincare and body care items.

Laidbare Hair Minimising Moisturiser | 125ml, full size
It sounds like an absolutely brilliant product for minimizing those unwanted after-shave bumps and slowing down hair re-growth. Many years ago, I used to DIY a hair minimizing moisturizer by mixing papain powder into my everyday body lotions. I definitely could see the results; however, I was too lazy to continue. There were no ready-to-use hair minimizing lotions that I knew of until I discovered this moisturizer. The Laidbare uses different ingredients than papain: licorice extract, horse chestnut seed extract, and caffeine. I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m excited to see if it works.
P.S. Be aware that it does contain silicone if you’re trying to avoid it.

The main ingredients are neroli, eyebright, and white birch extracts.

Madara Total Renewal Night Cream | 20ml, sample
It is the only sample-size item in this box. Still, it contains a generous amount of 20ml, which means it will last you a while. Nourishing and nutritious all-natural night cream for faster cell renewal and collagen rebuild.
