Inlight Chocolate Mask Review

Inlight Natural Chocolate MaskI’ve been feeling a bit blue these past few evenings, I don’t know if it’s the rainy weather or all the pandemic stuff just finally caught up with me, but I’ve been craving some pick-me-up. Chocolate and a good organic face mask are the two things that I absolutely love and opt for when feeling down! Combined together, they work wonders, but it seems this is especially true in skincare. Today I’m talking about the Inlight Chocolate Mask*. And yes, it smells just as amazingly delicious as it sounds!

I am no stranger to Inlight skincare. I’ve tried their other best-seller, the Super-food Face Mask, and a couple of other skincare products. Believe me, they are good. But this Chocolate Mask is another level good. Crafted with organic cocoa, argan oil, coconut oil, and other nourishing and calming ingredients, it’s a gently exfoliating and protecting must-have skincare product. Like I mentioned before, its wonderfully uplifting scent is a mix of cocoa and orange makes me want to eat it!

See the ingredients:

Sesamum indicum (sesame) seed oil*, cocos nucifera (coconut) oil*, cera alba (beeswax) *, solanum tuberosum (potato) starch*, helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil*, theobroma cacao (cocoa) seed powder*, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil*, zea mays (corn) starch*, argania spinosa (argan) kernel oil*, adansonia digitata (baobab) fruit powder*, ceratonia siliqua (carob) fruit powder*, citrus aurantium dulcis (sweet orange) peel oil*, oenothera biennis (evening primrose) oil*, butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter*, daucus carota sativa (carrot) root extract*, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) flower extract*, rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf extract*, calendula officinalis (calendula) flower extract*, rosa damascena (rose) flower extract*. Limonene, linalool, citral. Natural constituent of essential oils listed. *Of total ingredients: 100% organic.

Inlight Organic Chocolate Mask ReviewAnother point for praise in this mask is its texture. It’s something between cream and oil, not too thick, which lets you apply a thin layer with your fingers. There’s a spatula included in the set, which helps avoid dipping your fingers in the jar. The Chocolate Mask is suitable for all skin types, including the most oily. But I feel like flaky, dehydrated skin (be it oily, normal, dry, or combination) will benefit the most from regularly using it because the mask leaves the skin incredibly soft and velvety.

Inlight Chocolate Mask is available in 25ml jar for $50/£36.

Have you tried this organic Chocolate Mask? Which face mask is your favorite?
