Acure Ultra Hydrating Shampoo | Review

Acure Ultra Hydrating Shampoo

One of the most common questions people have is can a budget shampoo give you great results. I’ve tried many of natural shampoo brands throughout the years, and in my experience, it is often not the price that shows how effective the product is. It’s the ingredients as well as brand’s commitment to keep its products effective, affordable, and accessible.

All of this can be said about Acure. This is a brand that I come back when I want something true and tested. Something that I know works for my hair, and does not break the bank. Out of all the shampoos I’ve tried from their clean hair care range, I probably repurchased the Ultra Hydrating Shampoo the most often. A rich and nurturing ingredient list is what I find very appealing: aloe vera, argan oil, pumpkin seed oil as the first ingredients, with a bunch of herbal extracts following.

Acure Clean Ultra Hydrating shampoo

I know some say that you don’t need a natural shampoo to foam for it to clean your hair well. However, I mostly find the opposite to be true. I like my shampoos foamy, and the Ultra Hydrating shampoo does not fall short on the foaming part. Another thing I find lovely is its delicious scent. Super subjective, I know, but it gives me a smooth lemon cake vibe, which I love. As for the “hydrating” part, there definitely are more hydrating natural shampoos out there. But this one won’t dry out my hair, leave them bouncy and happy. So, if you’re looking for a result like this, my bet is you’ll like it as much as I do.

Acure Ultra Hydrating shampoo retails for $9.99, and you can find it at stores like Target, Amazon, or their website.

Have you tried Acure shampoos? Which one is your favorite?
