I hope you like these natural skincare routine posts because I for sure am having fun sharing which products made it to my everyday essentials. What I use depends on a season since my skin, probably like everyone else’s, tends to have different needs in winter than, let’s say, in spring. However, I always prefer gentle, soothing, and highly hydrating skincare products, preferably the ones that also provide radiance.
Cleansers
Starting off, I use So’Bio Argan micellar water to cleanse and tone my skin. It’s actually called the Cleansing Toning Lotion. While I agree with the cleansing toning part, I have no idea why it’s called a lotion since its consistency is water. I just started using, it but I like it as much as Madara’s Micellar Water, which I was using before this one.
My second cleanser is Juice Beauty Brightening Gel Cleanser, which is my backup cleanser for removing makeup. Occasionally, I use We Love Eyes Tea Tree Eyelid Foaming Cleanser for waterproof mascara and/or eyeshadows. It’s a gentle, yet effective eye makeup cleanser that removes all makeup without stinging my eyes.
I’m usually strict about including a toner to my skincare routine, but I’ve been breaking this rule since I’ve been using micellar water to both cleanse and tone my skin. I rarely use facial scrubs, but when I am in need, I turn to Madara Exfoliating Oil To Milk Scrub*, with apricot and oat, which came in one of LoveLula’s Beauty Boxes.
Serums & Oils
For me, the most exciting part of my skincare routine is serums and oils. My two most used products in this department have been the Poethique Radiance Boosting Serum* and Poetic Blend The Ghost Oil. The Radiance Boost Serum is one of the loveliest serums I’ve tried. It has a silky, fast-absorbing texture, which is hydrating and smells absolutely delicious. The Ghost Oil is very different – much more nourishing, and has been a real delight to use in the evenings.
I can’t imagine my skincare stash without a rosehip oil, this time it’s from A’kin Certified Organic Rosehip Oil. Additionally, I have a pure argan oil from Kahina Beauty, which I apply if my skin is feeling particularly crazy.
Moisturizers
After applying a serum or other nourishing treatment, I like to top it off with a good moisturizer. While I’m not that picky about cleansers or serums, moisturizers do not get a pass so easily. I’ve been using Pacifica Crystal Youth Gem Infused Face Lotion, and you guys, I’m totally in love with it. I’m usually not too wild about moisturizers for all skin types since most of them end up working for no one. But this product not only smells divine (fresh and sweet watermelon scent), but it also has a perfect balance of light consistency and hydrating finish. It does not give me too much of radiance, but it’s OK because I have other products for that. It’s also very affordable and 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
Another moisturizer, which I’ve started using recently, is Odylique Avocado 24-hour Replenishing Cream*. I’ve tried a few products from this brand before and liked them, so I kind of expected to like this moisturizer as well. I was right, it’s great! It is an intense regenerating day cream, but you can use it as a night cream since it’s rich enough. It’s lush and creamy, but not too greasy – just the perfect middle.
The last product in the moisturizer family is another product from Pacifica – the Super Flower Rapid Response Face Oil with rose and blue tansy. Although technically it’s an oil, it’s a very light one. Apply only a couple of drops and let it work its magic by profoundly hydrating and refreshing your skin.
What are your current go-to skincare products? Let me know in the comments!
I really like the sound of the foaming cleanser and just like you, I don’t always reach for face scrubs either.

Your collection is good. I earlier used some products you described here and I must say I had a good experience with it.
