Let’s get straight to the point, shall we? Lily Lolo Big Lash Mascara is one of the most popular natural beauty mascaras out there and with good reason. This mascara ticks all the boxes: made with natural ingredients, vegan, quick-drying, works excellent and is also suitable for even the most sensitive eyes. We can stop the review here, thank you very much.
No, but seriously, if you haven’t tried this mascara yet, you ought to. I have to admit, I was a bit intimidated by it’s big, hourglass-shaped wand. Most of these applicators stain my eyelids if I’m not careful with them (or even if I am). However, it seems I managed to navigate the whole mascara application successfully without becoming a panda. I think it’s mostly due to the formula, which did not seem runny to me. I know that it might thicken faster than those mascara with a more runny consistency, but I’m not worried just yet.
So the application went smoother than I expected. I also like the results very much. My lashes are noticeably fuller, and, especially, longer. What I lack is curve, and such a big wand makes it hard for me to curl my lashes during the application, even just a little. However, I use my lash curler beforehand with this mascara, so it’s not that big of a deal.
The mascara comes in the only color: black. This does not bother me, because I’m not too keen on other color mascaras. But it’s worth to know if you like brown or any other color mascara. Speaking about longevity, it’s OK. I didn’t notice anything too dramatic, just an ordinary everyday mascara, which truthfully outperforms many natural mascaras by providing great results.
You can get Lily Lolo Big Lash Mascara at their official website or at any of Lily Lolo’s stockists. It retails for $22/£13.50.
